My daughter attends the PreK program 5 days a week. She has been attending for almost a year and she has grown and learned so much in that time. She absolutely loves everyone there. Shs has developed relationships with so many teachers and the director there. We are so incredibly happy witb our choice to send her there.

My wife and I have had our 2 year old enrolled here 2 days a week for 4 months and would not recommend. For the first 2 months she had a different teacher everyday she was there. They claimed they were experiencing staffing issues. She would come home wearing some generic diaper in the wrong size more than once which is problematic for her sensitive skin and my expensive diapers. There is always a chaotic scene in the classroom with kids just screaming, slamming toys around and running everywhere. Yes I realize they're 2 yr Olds but there is no sense of structure at all. Every pickup her face was covered in dried snot like no one wiped here face all day. Once on a 45 degree April day she was soaking wet from the waist down and when asked why was told she went down the slide first and it had rained earlier but they had only been outside for 40 min. Even though there was a change of clothes just 50 feet away in the classroom they decided to leave her that way because they were only going to be outside another 20 min. We wouldn't receive timely updates on there app regarding meals or diaper changes. They would claim she was eating foods she absolutely wouldn't touch at home. They were constantly flooding my wife's email with offers to keep our child home because of staffing issues in exchange for a "float day". Amongst one of the many the was a notice to opt out of $100 registration fee which was missed and even though we notified the school just a week later that it would be her last month they won't refund it. After all this they're still charging my account even though my child hasn't been there in 2 weeks and apparently the administration doesn't communicate with the teacher who texted my wife last week to see why my child wasn't there. She never came home with injuries but the bottom line is this place is poorly run and provides no education and just the bare necessities. This is not our first experience with daycares either just the worst one. So again would not recommend.

Pretty disappointed when we were on a waitlist for a full year with no real timeline of when we could get it. They told us there was availability in May then never called us. Called us later in the year and acted like they would never have availability. Luckily, we found a wonderful school with great communication and transparency!

I was blessed to find such a wonderful school for my son. I always feel that he is in a good and safe environment! All the teachers are amazing and very caring. My son loved to go to school!

Went to drop my son off this morning and the classroom was full of bawling children. I don’t know the names of either teacher in the classroom today.It’s good when they have consistency, but that’s been rare.

We have had such a wonderful experience at Cadence! Both of my kids love going there everyday. My son always talks about what a wonderful teacher Ms. Krystal is!! He refers to her as “My Ms. Krystal” whenever he tells me about how his day was. I feel like she is doing such a phenomenal job with all the kids! We can’t Thank Ms. Krystal enough for teaching our son how to be kind, be inquisitive, work together with everyone, and have fun while learning!! She is definitely one of best teachers at Candence and I am so Thankful our son is in her class. I feel very confident that our son is ready for Kindergarten!! Thank You Cadence Academy and Ms. Krystal!!

I have worked at a few different preschools and Cadence is the first place I’ve trusted to bring my son. I love his teacher Ms. Ashley and the rest of the preschool team. I always trust that he’s happy and and cared for. He comes home extremely happy every day and he’s learned so much. It makes it so easy to bring him to a place he loves so much.He’s always greeted with hugs and smiles from admin, and you can tell they really care about the kids here!

I feel like Cadence teachers are raising my son to be a little genius. Honest, genuine people working here. The curriculum is outstanding and I love that I always know what is going on. Administrators are on top of their stuff and they love my son like their own. Truly blessed to have them apart of my sons life. Thankful to trust people with my life.

Cadence Academy has been a wonderful experience for us. My sons teachers go above and beyond for us. My son has made so much developmental progress since attending that even his doctors are impressed. Nothing but wonderful and kind teachers and staff. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

The other day I walked into my son’s classroom to find his amazing teacher (Ms. Stephanie) dressed up in a complete t-Rex dinosaur costume. The children were delighted and she was giving a detailed lesson on the t-Rex, discussing its anatomy, and the way it had lived and gone extinct. This is the type of engaging and exciting school day my child gets to experience every day with Ms. Stephanie. Her dedication and enthusiasm for teaching is awesome and inspiring!

We have sent our daughter to Cadence for the last three years and LOVE it! The learning structure was exactly what we were looking for. The indoor gym is great for cold weather and rainy days for kiddos to get some energy out. Ms Laura is her current teacher and our kiddo just ADORES her! She’s very interactive with them and we love the updates on the app! Highly recommend Cadence!

An earlier review I posted was critical, perhaps overly, of Cadence Academy and the administration/management. There are going to be frustrations with any child care facility, yet those frustrations don't reflect the complexity of all that goes into keeping a facility open and operating. I appreciate the response from Cadence and their willingness to dialogue. Each of our kids currently enjoy or previously have enjoyed their time at Cadence; the teachers are wonderful. It's not a perfect place but no place is. Cadence does a good job taking care of kids no matter their age.
