Pick up was drive thru only. At times have sat over an hour. Today was about 20-25 minutes. Only one cashier and she seemed to have no clue and warn out. I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS I have ever seen. The pharmacy counter is closed half the time and you can't ask questions. They lose scripts. They don't answer the phones. AND you sit in the drive thru line for hours without moving (bc counter is closed). I was able to call another CVS, get script transferred, filled, drive there and home in less time that I sat in their drive thru. Terrible store and shame on CVS for allowing this.

After waiting an hour just to drop off my prescription the tech helping customers was far from professional. Our doctor called the pharmacy because the prescription pick up itself and when it had to written was time sensitive. She yelled when I told her what the doctor told me. She yelled when I asked if she could check with the pharmacist to see who spoke with my doctor. She refused. Absolutely horrible customer service. I understand they are under stress but just hateful and angry for simple questions.

Called in the prescription given a pickup up time and waited in line an hour and a half to pick it up. Unacceptable. All ways a wait.

Worst service ever! Will leave you on hold for an hour easy. Only way to speak to someone is by using the doctor line and thats when they will answer. Go somewhere else!

Worst pharmacy ever. Has been getting worse and worse for the last year. Recently half their staff quit and since then it's impossible to get prescriptions filled in less than 3 days, they don't answer the phone anymore, they often close the counter inside so you have to wait at the drive through, often takes more than an hour when drive through is supposed to be quick. I asked them to put 2 prescriptions on hold and they filled them anyway. If my insurance didn't require I use CVS I'd go to Walmart or Kroger in a heartbeat.

I love this pharmacy. All of the employees are very helpful and know everything about the store. I get a text when my prescriptions have been filled and they are willing to help with doctors refilling prescriptions.

The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They are very slow and really can't get anything right. We just transferred to the Crestwood Walmart.

Honestly, they are just the most unorganized and unprofessional pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Been using them for a few years and never had an easy time getting my prescriptions. It's always something. Making the switch as soon as my insurance lets me know where I can go for a certain prescription.
