The pharmacy workers are incredibly rude. I'm sorry cvs doesn't hire more people or give you more hours or whatever your beef is. I am but a sick and exhausted customer trying to get her lowly prescription that was called in by a provider the day before.

Crestwood CVS did a fantastic job of filling my prescriptions in a timely manner. After I got home, I had a question about how to take one of the meds - the pharmacist called me within just a few minutes to clarify the doctor's instructions and provided other pertinent information.

Been using this CVS as our family pharmacy for over 25 years. The staff at the pharmacy and in the store have always been super friendly and helpful.

For the life of me I can't understand the low star score. Today, under extreme duress, I arrived in search of answers to help my 88-year-old father with constipation and a pulled back muscle. The pharmacist came right out and gave me his undivided attention and personally took me to each item I needed and we discussed them at length. Both products made a massive difference in my dad's day. But I love everyone in the pharmacy. They've always been kind and done everything in their power to assist me in my family these past 5 years I've been taking care of my parents. I love seeing them. Special shout out to Jill, whose friendliness and customer service is next level.

STAY AWAY! it will be worth the drive to the next closest pharmacy. They let my prescription expire by never filling it when they said they would so I had to scramble to figure everything out. If your meds are important to you DO NOT trust this location with your health.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PHARMACY! Their customer service is sub-par at best. They have one pharmacy tech who has worked there for several years who is kind and works to help her customers. Everyone else is rude and isn’t willing to help if you need it.Whatever you do, DO NOT attempt to have medications delivered from this pharmacy. The pharmacy hands off medication to a third party service and you will never receive your medication. Steer clear of this pharmacy if you can.

Went to buy Sudafed, the transaction went through the security check but then their cash register system failed!I could not buy Sudafed for another month!Not ever going back.

I am a Muslim woman for context. The Pharmacist (a man) asked where I'm from because my last name is very unique. I say I'm from the USA and so is my immediate family, but my grandparents were from Afghanistan. He says and I quote, "Do you know that guy... what is his name? I forget... al qida... Osama Bin Ladin! That's his name." I have NEVER been treated with such Islamaphobic language in my life, let alone in a professional setting. You do not get to act intolerant and ignorant to people just because you have internal bias towards a group of people. When I called the store, they would not release the man's name nor give me the corp. office number so no one was helpful to bring this man to justice. I will find the corp. number myself and see to it that this pharmacist never treats me, or any other person, like this again.

Non responsive. Ordered refill on Monday, today is Friday and they still have not ordered the refill. Was told that they were a week behind on orders. My ailment is detrimental. They suggested that I call other CVS pharmacies. They should do that. Avoid them if you want your meds.

A word of advice - If you’d like your prescriptions filled in the same calendar year, send them to the Walgreens on Brownsboro Rd. We can all understand being short staffed, but judging by reviews, this has been an issue for months, and doesn’t appear that anything is being done to correct the issue.
