Katie took so much time to make sure our flooring project went as smooth as possible! We had a hard time picking what we liked and she picked out the perfect floor for us. The installers were great and made everything look wonderful! Would recommend to anyone!

So glad I found this local shop! All the staff I interacted with was wonderful and very knowledgeable on all the products! The lady that came out to measure paid great attention to detail. Everything was itemized in the quotes so I knew exactly what I was being charged for. This was not the cheapest quote I got but I’m glad I went through this store! Installers are definitely top notch and the installation was perfect! Job well done, would recommend!

Friendly up-front until the estimate came in. There were extra charges for things that I wanted to talk about and said I would take care of myself, but they were not willing to discuss and stopped responding to email. I was ready to order flooring from them before that because they were a local business, but it came down to a feeling that if I had any issues with the product or installation, I would not get satisfactory service. After reading some other reviews, we went elsewhere and saved money.

Very disappointed in this business. We used them a year or so ago and over did a decent job. Called them to do a small bathroom floor and hard to get Katie to call us back. We scheduled the floor insulation and a woman called and took our credit card over the phone. We removed the toilet and everything out of bath and they never showed up. Called and they said they never got payment from us which was not true. When I told Katie this was their fault and not acceptable she got smart and said you can put the toilet back in because it’s not going to happen today. She was supposed to call me back later that morning and she never did. Horrible customer service on her part. Thank god for Watts home supply for stepping in and getting it done for us. I would not recommend working with Katie or this business because they do not care about their customers and their time.

Customer service was top notch! They helped me choose a carpet color to go well with the colors in our home and took the time to discuss and explain all options with me. The installation team was punctual, worked hard throughout the installation and finished quickly! We could not be more pleased with how great the carpet turned out!

My wife stopped by the store to get our flooring project started and she was very pleased with the customer service she received. She brought home some samples and set up a measure appointment. The lady came out to measure, gave us an estimate in a few days and we decided to move forward with the project. The installers were wonderful and everything turned out better than expected. Simple process and they made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. I will send everyone here thats asks about flooring.

I chose this company because I wanted to support a local business, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed.
My carpet installation was delayed multiple times with several last-minute cancellations—and not once did they call me. I had to constantly follow up myself just to get any updates.
When they finally arrived, I noticed they had unplugged my security camera without informing me, which was concerning and unprofessional. I had the room mostly cleared, with only a few pieces of exercise equipment remaining. While they moved the equipment to complete the install, they left it out of place and didn’t return anything to where it was.
The lack of communication and professionalism was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

From beginning to end, Fabulous Floors provided outstanding service. Katie has a real gift for choosing carpet qualities and colors that work beautifully in our home. The installers, Dustin & Lucas went above and beyond to get our carpet installed before the movers arrived, and they did an excellent job! This is a family owned local business, and we heartily recommend them.
