We found out they cleared engine codes prior to purchase. As we drove off the lot they came back. We called the dealership and they said bring it back and we will repair. We brought the $21,000 truck back and they said the repairs would be 3600 but they wouldn't repair it. We also found out they lied and only gave us half the carfax. We had no recourse except to hire an attorney. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. I very rarely make negative reviews but I would warn anyone and everyone to avoid this dealership.

They will sell you junk that looks really good on the in and ouside. Take advice from other reviews. Avoid all of their car lots in KY.

In short I purchase a 2018 Ford explorer less than 2 months less than 600 miles ago. Not trying the heater as it was warm then. Comes time to use heater and no heat. Most common fix its low on antifreeze. However when checked was completely empty. As soon as you add fluid, pours out the water pump. I honestly feel that i bought this vehicle in that shape as i have never seen puddles untill fluid was checked and added. Not looking for something for free but at least sell me the warranty and fix under that. Quoted $3700 by ford dealership.

Chris and Garrett in Service are AMAZING!! Hard to believe that a day with an accident and a tornado could have a bright spot....but because of those two men, mine did.
Change the department name to "Vehicle and Customer Care" because that is what they truly provide. I never want to trust my vehicles to anyone else.

0 STARS - AWFUL SERVICE / STAY AWAY - We bought an F250 truck to use as a company truck. They had some service items to complete they said would take a week. We call one week later and they didn’t even know they still had the truck. Took 3+ weeks total. We paid to replace 4 tires that were junk on it - 1 week later we have a flat tire with a cracked stem. They said sorry we can’t do anything and won’t even answer our calls anymore. WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS.

They take advantage of women and lie cheat and steal to make a few bucks . We don't even have the car as it broke down twice after they claimed they fixed it . They have our trade in our cash and the broke down Jeep we signed papers on but didn't take possession of but they are still trying to force the deal even tho we are not happy being lied to and ripped off . Hello we don't even have the car it's a complete lemon and they know and don't care why would they force a deal after breaking down twice not even taking it shady crooks buyer beware!

If I could give a negative review, I would.I have had two issues.# 1 Salesman do not know how the car buying process should happen.Offered to pay cash for new vehicle, salesman showed me all the discounts and rebates and told me the final price. When the financing started to happen and I told the finance office that I would be paying cash, they state that the rebates would not be allowed. I understood that that was due financing thru them, but the salesman should have known that prior to getting me to the finance office.#2 issue was agreed to purchase a used vehicle.the sales team sent me contract, i agreed to pricing, told me to bring check for deposit, (when the salesman was at my office) and i could finish transaction on Monday. Then went back to office and told me that another customer agreed to purchase it, so I was screwed out on another vehicle.Carter Downey was the manager that I dealt with, who was an unprofessional lying POS. Told him of the previous issues that I had with the dealership and he insured me that this would go smoothly.I definitely question this dealer's integrity and practices. Buyer beware!

The worst dealership I've ever dealt with. This business should be closed down and not allowed to serve another customer. We had the most horrific experience. These are the most incompetent group of people I've ever had dealings with in life. From the rudest finance person - Tonne, to Rob the sales Manager, to Billy who should not sale another car to another person. Zero communication! They don't care and no one knows anything. I will not stop until I see this business OUT OF BUSINESS!

I would give this dealer a ZERO.... Do not buy a car from this place unless you want to go to the service center on a weekly basis. We bought a NEW RAM and not even a week later the engine check light came on. After the supposedly fixed it, then the compass stop working so we took the truck back to the service center. After that was "fixed", the compass stopped working again, the dealer told us a new computer needed to be order and they will take care of it. We called RAM directly and they said an update needed to be done on the truck computer, and they also said the computer was not ordered by the dealer. Took the truck back to the service center which by the way, never answers the phone so you actually have to go in to be able to get an appointment. Once we got the truck back, then the backing up camera stopped working, and now is intermittent. Try to call the Ram's manager that had our case and funny, he mentioned that the dealer hasn't documented any of these issues with the truck and by the way, now the manager stopped answering the calls. Worse experience ever....
