Goodwill is a second-hand retail store and donation center. The new, bigger location is clean and easier to browse with open aisles. The staff is very friendly. Shoppers can find a lot of stuff, including name brand and great quality clothing. However, many reviews note a significant downside regarding pricing. Items are often priced too high, sometimes matching or exceeding the original store price, which customers find ridiculous for donated goods. Some items for sale are also noted as not being kept very clean. The store supports a greater mission of providing jobs.
Goodwill has pricing comparable to walmart...for USED STUFF

Dropped off several items,and they were glad to receive everything I gave them. Several people working so it didn't take long to unload all items. They gave me a receipt and I was on my way. While I was there I peeped inside sales floor, and it looked like a pretty big selection of everything.
