“I had a great experience purchasing a Big Green Egg with Watts. The owner let me take a catalog, and I asked him for various price quotes which I received promptly. It was a significant order including a large custom table.The order was ready within a week of being placed. I discovered I needed to remove some items from the back of my truck to accommodate the table, so the owner sent an employee in a truck to follow me home from the store so I didn't have to make a second trip.In short, price and customer service were excellent. I stop by frequently for business purchases as well as buying charcoal, etc. for my smoker and have never been disappointed.”

“Excellent service by the manager. Needed touch paint for the bathroom. You should use a paint store, since most stores carry the basic colors. The manage was very patient and told me he would try to match what information I had. It took him about 30 minutes, but he matched the color 99 % perfect. He even carried the quart container out to the car for me, since a have a medical issue .I would recommend going to PPG on Westport Rd for your paint s and supplies,”
