I would give this storage company a zero star if this were possible. I have spent over a year getting the run around from them on a $134 refund they have promised to me and told one lie after another. First they promised I would be refunded within 30 days. That time came and passed so I reached out again. They claimed the check was sent but must have been lost and said they would reissue it. I still received nothing so again I called back. I was told this time that they were changing and updating their system and so it was taking twice as long but reassured me it was on its way. Two months passed and I called back; this time I was told that a check was never actually sent and that they needed approval to refund me and someone would call me back when I got approved. Another month goes by and I called again…. At this point they actually recognize my name and voice when I call because they have spoken to me and heard the stories for months. This time I am told that there has been an approval for my refund and to watch my mailbox. I wait another month and call back and am told to keep waiting but if nothing came in my mail in the next 7 days to call back. I call back and leave a message and nobody ever calls me back so I call a week later. I am told at this point that I had been previously approved for a refund but that someone changed the status and they have no denied my refund. I moved out before an automatic payment was scheduled from my account and they pulled the money anyway; this is the reason they owe me money. I had two different storage units with them and when I moved out they closed the wrong one in their system and told me that when they went to check my storage unit it wasn’t empty. I drove straight over immediately and took pictures of my empty storage unit and sent them the pictures. They apologized for the mistake but charged me anyway. So I decided at this point to move out of my other storage unit because this is all too much. I moved out in May 2024 as this still refuse to give me a refund. They don’t return my calls or emails. I’m not sure what else I can do at this point but I’ve provided them with proof of everything multiple times and to multiple employees both in emails, chats and phone calls and it’s nothing but a different lie now for a year. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! They will steal from you!

The storage unit itself was extremely clean and was exactly what we needed. It it very very tight getting a 36’ van in the in gate. The out gate was not functioning which you don’t know until you are at the exit gate requiring you to back the length of the storage units and try to find a place to turn around. Naturally going out the in gate is equally as tight in a large vehicle.

Super easy to rent a storage space. I did everything online on a Sunday and within minutes had a storage unit.

Second time customer. Facility is clean and easy to get to. Sign up took 5 minutes online and then I had a unit. Great prices! Would highly recommend!!

GREAT PRICES, privacy, and 24 hour access but no electricity. I have had many storage units in my life at many different companies. Public Storage is hands down the worst. You have limited access, zero privacy, and the prices are high.Red Dot is hands down the best aside from no electricity. If they had that they could rule the storage wars.

Facility was clean as was Storage unit Fees are higher than anywhere else around but they had availability. Had great difficulty using website and kiosk. Great difficulty receiving the correct gatei code. Received a code two different times. Finally had to call another number to get the correct code. Website asked for then would not accept my payment x 8 times. Kiosk did not recognize my credit card. Other than that it is a nice place

Have known a person that had some things happen with there storage. Someone cut the lock off and thru it back in the building. Let you know how it ends up.

Used for a little over a year and had no issues setting it up or getting my things out. They could really try to avoid increasing rates while I'm there. My storage size didn't get any bigger so why do I need to start paying $20 more a month.

I have had Red Dot now for almost 2 years and so far no problems . i would recommend them to anyone.
