“Need to rent a truck, SUV or van? Look no further. THIS IS THE PLACE! I wish I could give them SIX stars.I needed to rent a truck to move just a few things but I needed a truck quickly. I went online to get an estimate and received a very prompt reply from the location. I had a question and they were even able to answer that online and recommend the perfect vehicle. I made a reservation at 9 o’clock in the evening and picked up my truck rental before 10 o’clock the next day. The truck was clean. The process was smooth and easy. Tim, who had responded via email was the gentleman in charge that day and was so friendly and helpful.This was such a positive experience, and we have had several negative ones with other companies recently. We will be back here often and for every van or truck rental in our future. I highly recommend Sternberg!”

This verses that as in ford to chevy we prefer Ford but ended up in a Chevy, but it was brand spankin new it wasnt bad, just not a Ford. Thank you for caring about the customer. “Great Customer Service. I would not recommend Uhaul Morat Ave in Lyndon. General Manager failed to show up and open up for rental reservations. Had to travel further away for a rental in J-town. Inconvenience as ten men waited for over and hour for the Uhaul truck to arrive.”

“The gentleman working was amazing. He was professional and kind. When we discovered a light issue with the trailer that I was to receive, he quickly found a alternative method to handle the situation and got me out on the road for no real additional cost. The trailer had a dirt inside which made my couch I was moving get a little messy. No big deal though cause it was a last minute change and I didn't mention it to him during the inspection. I am sure he would have switched me again if I had. Amazing experience. Pricing not expensive in my opinion.”

“I won a few items at auction and could not make it to Louisville for pick up. The auction house dropped my items off and Fragile Pack called me quickly with a quote. I found it very reasonable, especially with the weight of my items. They kept me informed of the shipping date/tracking and my items were well packaged and undamaged. I will definitely consider using them in the future rather than driving up from BG.”

The store staff were very nice. I came and the rental was ready . I liked that . The only suggestion will be to have newer / updated version of the inside.
