Simplest experience I have ever had getting a new phone! Jacob asked all the right questions and explained everything! He was so patient and kind! Thanks again Jacob!! The other guy I believe it was Reed, was nice kept explaining sorry for my wait. They were busy! Great experience!

I had a few questions about my phone today the representative Marvin was extremely helpful and patient we got my notifications back how I wanted them he went on to removed a few applications that I didn't use so now that the phone is getting notifications those won't bother me and since Verizon has been so helpful I added a watch

I came in to get my phone fixed. I had no service for some reason. The rep there did some some troubleshooting that and ended up fixing my phone. I asked a lot of questions and the rep was very patient and understanding. He was fast with fixing my phone. I recommend this Verizon store in Crestwood every rep there is very helpful and kind

This was the best experience I have ever had upgrading a phone/plan. Bo McGehee was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable. He made sure my phone was working properly and that all of my information had transferred properly before leaving the store. Not only did he provide superior customer service while in the store, he provided contact information to reach him for any issues beyond the day of the sale for continuous personal customer service. This guy is the one you want if you are in the market for a new phone or cellular service plan!
