Cody was great, and was an advocate for my parents and really went the extra mile. I went in with my parents because they had a bunch of issues with their account and fraud; he did all the math by hand and made sure they were credited every cent that they were owed. My parents really appreciated him helping them so much and made sure everything was settled with their account. I've always had good experiences with this location.

Today during our visit to Verizon and Cody was very helpful in every way was able to get us a plan that was less expensive than our current plan and was able to provide us with new phones that satisfied my wife and I attention to the technology that we wanted

Cody was so helpful in trading our phones for the newer models! He helped us set up our new plan to save money for our monthly bill. He also helped us set everything up on our new phones so we were ready to go when we left the store. We would definitely return to the store to get new phones in the future.

This place is terrible. They have completely screwed up my bill. They told my husband that my bill was going to be $200. It went up to $430. Then 337 then 233 then 262. Never told any of this and my husband and I spoke to several different people. They raised my Internet that I had a special rate on because I’ve been a client with Verizon for so long and I was never told this. It feels like they’re trying to get away with putting things in places that they shouldn’t be to go ahead and make us pay the hidden fee’s. I will never ever ever ever ever go back to this store. I’m telling you they are thieves and it’s not a good look on Verizon!!!!😡😡😡😡 I’m calling Verizon corporate and reporting them!! By the way, I gave you five different chances to make this right😤!! If I could give zero stars, I would, because you guys don’t even deserve the one😡😡😡

Cody was wonderful and his personal touch was outstanding. I came in to get a new phone and he walked me through everything and assisted on all things. Highly recommend Verizon in crestwood ky oldham county.

I came in to Verizon today because I had a number of viruses on my phone and I had tried to clear it and couldn't do it. I came in and Keith fixed it in short order in less than 10 minutes. I so appreciative it. If anybody needs help or a great phone come into this site. I think it's called cellular sales through Verizon, but I appreciate it so much. Thanks a lot!

Cody went above and beyond. My phone had been damaged beyond repair and the new phone I wanted was out of stock. He went out of his way to make sure I got my new within a couple of days and provided a temporary replacement. He also provided my husband and me a great promo which lessened our current monthly bill!
