Don’t even by a grill manufactured by Napoleon! They are extremely expensive and made like JUNK. They fall apart and the metal is very cheap and most of the hoses have corrosion after only 3 years. There customer service is horrible and they only offer some replacement parts and no installation.A really bad company with bad support and service.

Bought the LEX485RSIBPSS-1 in May 2018 to replace my 8 year old Webber Genesis. Regulator stopped working May 2020. Called the Napoleon grill registration number to try and get help replacing regulator. After over an hour on hold, I gave up. My $1,500 grill is now a yard ornament and a cautionary tale for all who visit my home. A lifetime warrenty is only good if someone answers the phone and fixes your defective product. My advice is stick with Webber.
