“My daughter's car broke down on a Saturday and they were dispatched to do the tow by Verizon Roadside Assistance. They were prompt, and the driver was friendly and helpful. After not being able to find an open shop nearby, the driver told me that he could take it to their shop. I had never worked with them, so I was hesitant, but was left with few options. I feared the worst with how the problem presented in the car, and they could have easily made the problem seem as bad as I thought it was. What they did was honestly diagnose the problem and treated us very fairly on the price of the repair.”
“My wife and I were at a soccer game last week in Walton Verona. When she pulled into the parking lot, her car was not acting right and we could not get the car to start or remain running. It was 5:30, so after hours for a lot of places. We called AAA and they dispatched Cozine Auto Repair for a possible jump/tow. I spoke with the owner Chris over the phone and he thought it sounded like an alternator. His tow truck driver brought our vehicle back to the shop, and sure enough it was an alternator problem. Chris and his team repaired the issue in a timely manner by the next day and at a reasonable price. Hard to ask for more than that. On top of that, my wife and I enjoyed a great conversation with his family when we went to pick the car up. His son, wife, daughter - everyone was lovely.
