“This is an outstanding business! My car needed repair during a road trip. I wasn't familiar with the area, so I was at the mercy of locals who highly recommended Cockrells. I'm so glad I was led there! Brent and his staff provided great customer service from start to finish. We communicated long distance as I had to return home to Ohio. Personalized attention to show me concerns before I left. Individual attention when I picked it up, assuring it was running well and consistent with my expectations. Regular status updates in between. Worked with my insurance company. If I lived close to their shop, I'd be a regular customer. Bonus: Staff recommendation for a Cynthiana restaurant was the best! A local gem, and a great meal before returning home.”
