I needed help doing a UPS return today and couldn’t figure it out for the life of me!!! The lady at Vanhooks ask if she could see my phone and did it all for me! Thank God for people like her! I am challenged when it comes to electronics sometimes. 5 ? for sure!!!

A helpful place to find what you need.. ask if they have it and it'll be brought to you.. beats walking around Walmart or lowes looking for 1 specific thing.. also they are great with lawn mower and chain saw repair

Old school hardware store with a little bit of everything. Service can be a bit surly (think Grumpy Old Men) and at first, it was off-putting, but I have grown to have a soft spot for Mr. Vanhook and I even got a smile a time or two! He’s very helpful if you ask. The building itself could use some attention. I shop here often.

I’ve had to make many quick runs to this hardware store and the owners are always so helpful and will find anything I need for me. It is a very useful place to have in town!
