Maison and another associate were willing to say whatever they needed to to get me to buy a new phone. Took my old trade in to them a week after buying a new S24+ and they said my trade didn't qualify after telling me it would. They also made me pay the restocking fee after telling me it would be waived if I changed my mind. This store in particular seems to have no morals or accountability. This review was written by my new Verizon phone.

We recently switched to AT&T fiber, and it has been a very rough experience. They ran a line that spans about 5 houses and said they would bury it that week. That was over 2 months ago. We have been on the phone with anyone and everyone: techs, store management, etc, even my neighbors have called because they keep hitting my line with their mower. They’ve had to replace my line twice from being cut - so I’ve not even had internet some of the time that I’m paying for because they refuse to bury the line they put in. Every answer I get is different. A few weeks ago I was told absolutely no later than the following Wednesday. When I called that Wednesday, the boss had gone on vacation and no one knew what he was referring to. No one is on the same page, and anytime I call the store they don’t answer the phone for sometimes up to an hour. It’s so frustrating.

I wanted to compliment Nate at the AT&T store in Danville. He has helped us three times in the last week on various issues and has been super helpful every time. I commend him for his great service and care for his customers. Thanks, Nate!

I came to the website looking for a cellphone battery for my Galaxy S5; and of course, par for the course, at&t, for decades, never measures up in customer service for its phone services. Maybe they can do better in person.

Can’t lie, I’ve always dreaded the few times I’ve had to walk in the AT&T store but the employees who were working at the Danville location last night were the best I’ve ever encountered by far!
They were fast, super efficient and even attentive to my bored 6 year old. They were even able to breakdown and explain things to me that nobody else ever took the time to.

Patton was Awesome! I walked in with a bunch of questions, and honestly confused…
He answered all my questions, was patient and polite. Let’s put it this way, I left with 2 new phones and new service on both.
We are pretty happy with purchase so far. And we appreciated him, for finding us all possible discounts and making it possible.

A couple weeks ago I purchased some new devices as gifts. All I had to do was give my phone number and security code. The addition of the new devices caused some problems with my bill. After literally several hours on the phone with different service reps at the AT&T offshore service department, the problem hasn't been fixed. I finally decided to go to this AT&T store to see if I could get help from someone that I could communicate with without a language barrier. The lady that was going to help me asked for my phone number and wanted to see my driver's license. I showed her my license, but she said she had to scan the barcode on the back. I told her no, that there is personal info in that barcode that I didn't want to share with AT&T. She said she couldn't access my account without doing that. I offered her my security code, but she said that wouldn't work. I told her to get a supervisor. She walks into the back room, and a couple of minutes later she returns with two men. One of them told me to leave the store. After explaining I just came in for some help, he threatened to call the police. At that point I told him what he could go do to himself. After 2 more hours on the phone, I finally got to talk to a supervisor that could speak English well enough to fix the problem, I think anyways. I'm not for sure if these stores are corporate or independently owned. I'm now in the process of getting in contact with the AT&T Presidential Escalation Team. I spend several hundred dollars per month with AT&T, and feel I should get decent customer service when I need it. Completely unacceptable.

The associate Mason was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very little wait time. However, I do believe the staff and customers would greatly benefit from this shop having tinting of some sort on the windows.
