Took engine block there to have a broken bolt removed! They said no problem we will get it out. Never not one time did they say they weren’t responsible! They destroyed my engine block by braking there tool in it and ruining threads. Un repairable!!!!! Now they won’t own up to what they did and won’t replace motor! And still charged me labor!!! I would not let these fools work on my bike! Won’t ever use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to even one of my enemies!!!!

Original review was a pocket post, but since it happened anyways, I'll leave a real review. Had to have a pulley pressed off a shaft for a lawnmower I was working on. They were very helpful and got the job done.Services: Motor building

We took our Kubota block head into the shop on 10/23/20. It was returned to us on 10/28/20, with absolutely no mention that the owner, Charles, broke a fuel rail. Charles readily admitted that he broke the fuel rail when we called him on 10/29/20 and in fact blamed it on us stating, "I'm not responsible for parts left on the head that I break." Not only did he not mention that there were parts on the head when I brought it in, but he did not mention parts should be off the head, and there were no signs posted in his shop to this effect. My foreman says he has taken the fuel rail off multiple times and it is virtually impossible to break; it was dead-center and slides right off. Apparently Charles does not comprehend that BOLTS HAVE TO COME OFF before removal. There are other machine shops in Danville. If you need someone with finesse and do not want your machinery mauled, RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
