“I’m so grateful for Caldwell Collision! I was in a wreck that not only damaged the exterior of my new car but also affected the control arms and other internal components. Caldwell was thorough, professional, and kind. They also stuck to their promised timeline for repairs.
During the final inspection and alignment, they discovered an additional bent part underneath the car. Instead of delaying things, a team member drove all the way to Louisville and back to pick up the part because it was the only location with it in stock. Talk about going above and beyond!

“I went to get a Johnson Rod the other day, and as I was getting out of my car, a female customer was pouring out a full bucket of iced tea (with lemon) in their parking lot. She was fouling up the pavement something fierce, as though it were her own private landfill, spoiling the normally sparkling facilities of this fine establishment.Fortunately, NAPA takes great pride in the conditions of their premises, and they promptly put this customer in her place. Such entitlement should never be sanctioned, and NAPA handled their business beautifully, quickly dispensing of the rude customer and calling in ServPro to do a full cleaning of their parking lot. I thought this person was going to ruin my NAPA experience, but lo, NAPA wasn't having any of that. “The BEST customer service we've EVER seen!! We were 1200 miles from home for my father in law's funeral and the battery in our truck died 45 minutes away from the store, and closing time. After a jump start, while my husband drove, I called the store. The sweet cashier, Debbie I believe, took the vehicle info, pulled the battery and had it ready for us. While my husband changed it in the store lot, Debbie took care of the core refund so we wouldn't have to return the day of the funeral. We are so grateful for her genuine compassion!”
