Excellent experience with the repair of my warranty vehicle. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident that the repair would be perfect from the time I walked into the shop.

I took my car in after it got backed into amd needed repair. When i got the car back after 2-1/2 weeks it had scratches in areas that were not apart of the accident and scratches on the interior that werent there before i took it in. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR THERE AGAIN! When i mentioned these problems to the manager and counter guy they both acted like i was over reacting. The manager even had the audacity to ask me who i was calling whwn i told him i needed to make a phone call before signing for it. They also added over 150 miles to the odometer and didnt replace the gas they burnt up joyriding. Id take my car anywhere else before going here.

Had my vehicle over 3 months. Went to pick it up and there was still a problem. They say it is not something they worked on so basically my problem not theirs. I always had wonderful service with Kelly. I've been dealing with Trevor and he is a joke.They are now working on the problem but I don't have a car and no longer have my rental. Fingers crossed that I actually get my car back tomorrow fixed as Trevor has said.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Kelly and she is top notch when it comes to customer service. No one wishes for a collision but she sure does make the process easier. We won’t do business with anyone else!
