“Hands-down best customer service experience! Drew not only goes above and beyond to help you find just the perfect product for your home, but he does not pressure whatsoever. It took me months to decide on both flooring and backsplash. He never once made me feel like I was wasting his time. He was patient and was there to research and even put out an ask when we had to go directly to the flooring manufacturing for a unique width of hardwood flooring. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be for any of my needs that Magic Carpet Flooring sells. 10/10 recommend.”
