Wouldn't even leave one star, if it was an option I would choose zero stars. It appears that the manager, I believe her name is Jody, is very inappropriate with the staff and is unprofessional. I'm honestly not sure what is going on with the management of this branch but I get very hostile vibes from the entire place.

I am legally blind and was having trouble with my account. I called and Jody Arnold the branch manager answered and refused to help me and would only refer me to a customer service number. I tried to explain to her that I did not see well enough to read that number off the back of my debit card. She insinuated that I did not have a visual problem at all. I have contacted her superiors and she will be dealt with.

Everyone is always friendly and ready to assist. Don't care for overdraft fees, but maybe I shouldn't do it. lol

Yours treated like a criminal. I was waiting for police the way I was treated. $8 to cash a check. Took my email and sold it. Sold my info. I Would NEVER use this bank. EVER.

5 star service I was greeted by the Branch Manager, Offered a refreshing beverage. The lovely lady at the Teller Line with the beautiful accent, was friendly and efficient. The entire staff was dressed professionally and exuded a sense of power, accomplishment, and poise. I met with a lovely Client Services Representative who was very knowledgeable, and provided the exact information I needed in a fast, fun, and friendly manner. Diamond Status

This bank is literally the worst bank in town how the hell can I deposit a money order into my wife's account but not cash that makes about as much sense as a screen door on a submarine

I just left the bank after depositing two checks in my account. The teller Jodi is incompetent at her job and needs more training. She starts off by badgering me about using the app to deposit checks instead of coming in, and I tell her I know how to use the app,I just prefer to come in. She continues to badger me again later on in the transaction after I've told her I understand how it works, it's a choice to not use it. I try depositing a check that has and/or on it and it baffles her mind. She starts going in about how it's unusual and she doesn't think she can do it. I convince her that the 'or' means that I don't have to have both parties to sign the check, and she has a prude attitude like she's doing me a favor by doing her job. She needs a new job or a banker shadowing her until she's competent enough to handle the basics of how a check works. I've been to many chase banks and this is by far the worst experience I had. She needs an attitude check and more training.

Been a Chase member now for a few years. I recently went inside this branch n it was very clean n set up. The teller was super nice n it was a very nice experience.

Really nice people there and sometimes they have cookies for the kids and are always nice to the kids and my sisters kids and my mom and dad.
