If I could give them a zero I would. Worst pharmacy. My son is super sick with bronchitis, the Dr called his medicine in with plenty of time to be filled before they closed. We sat in line for over 30 minutes waiting. We got up there only for them to say oh you'll just have to come back tomorrow we won't be filling that until tomorrow. I said my son can't breathe. Oh. Sorry. They could care less about people. Just numbers to them. Having a pharmacist mother she and I were both appalled at their lack of empathy or willingness to help a child. Having his meds transferred tomorrow. Will use a local pharmacy going forward, find people who do care.

Husband just got out of the hospital and was told medicine would be right a certain time and the was told it was not ready. And that it wouldn't be ready until the next day.

This is a very busy location but Todd and his team go above and beyond to take care of all of our pharmaceutical needs. We feel very fortunate to have them as our providers. They always greet us with a smile and happy to assist with prescriptions or over the counter advice. We highly recommend.

They close at midnight we got here at 11:25 and they told us they were closing and shut the window on us. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. The meds have been filled per cvs and “ready” just needed him to hand em to us and check it out. Sorry we had to drive all day for a funeral and came into town last minute.im just glad we dont live here full time. I feel bad for anyone who has to interact with that j*** again

If it's a straight prescription you're filling there's no problem at all, but if you need these people to be a little extra helpful they won't bother. I'm an older woman with leukemia, Covid, pneumonia,, pleurisy and am in pain. The prescription I received was incorrect, so I called the pharmacy and ended up speaking to two different employees and asked both if they could help me correct it and was told by both no, I would have to do it myself. First I was told they couldn't call the ER, which I had come from, but eventually they said they could fax them, however they didn't do it. i've been on the phone with them and the ER five times over two days trying to get this worked out and each time they refused to help me. When "I" finally straightened it out they received a corrected prescription and I got a text saying the prescription was received and was being filled, since I had put an urgent on it. My son drove to CVS to pick it up and he was told there was no prescription. I called the pharmacy yet again and was pretty upset with them, and I'll admit I did say a bad word once, and they hung up on me. I'm sure these employees are good at their jobs but they are in a customer service industry and if they're unwilling to take a little extra effort to be helpful they need to find jobs where they don't deal with the public. Needless to say they've lost our business.

Absolutely horrible service!!! We are moving our prescriptions elsewhere. Our 4 year old needed to use the restroom and the lady at the front counter was to lazy to go unlock it so just said they was closed. After asking for explanation she rudely just said again closed. We put our cart up and had to find him a restroom. To do that to adult is one thing but a child is inexcusable. CVS should fire her before she runs more customers away.

They left out part of my prescription. When I called to ask about it there was no apology and the girl said “give us 20 minutes” and hung up on me! Every time I go there is some sort of issue.

This CVS is understaffed-- there is no debate about that. I specifically called ahead since I was moving states and when I got to KY, they still hadn't put my prescription in the system. Very frustrating especially when you have Narcolepsy and need the medicine to stay awake/ drive/ work and live! But that being aside, I am balancing out the ratings because the staff has ALWAYS been kind and considerate. Once your Rx becomes less of a number in their queue, they are quick to help you solve it. Kasey was extremely kind and coming from a different medical profession I want to say that their service counts for something. So CVS owners/operators: PLEASE STAFF YOUR PHARMACY!

This pharmacy NEVER has my Rx ready when promised and is severely understaffed causing excessive wait times. This isn't the first time, this has happened at least 4 times in the past. I am definitely switching pharmacy's and would suggest that you do the same.

CVS is my most favorite store in town. I love that there is no need to walk a mile to find what you need. Everything is simple to locate or just ask a clerk for assistance.
