If it's a straight prescription you're filling there's no problem at all, but if you need these people to be a little extra helpful they won't bother. I'm an older woman with leukemia, Covid, pneumonia,, pleurisy and am in pain. The prescription I received was incorrect, so I called the pharmacy and ended up speaking to two different employees and asked both if they could help me correct it and was told by both no, I would have to do it myself. First I was told they couldn't call the ER, which I had come from, but eventually they said they could fax them, however they didn't do it. i've been on the phone with them and the ER five times over two days trying to get this worked out and each time they refused to help me. When "I" finally straightened it out they received a corrected prescription and I got a text saying the prescription was received and was being filled, since I had put an urgent on it. My son drove to CVS to pick it up and he was told there was no prescription. I called the pharmacy yet again and was pretty upset with them, and I'll admit I did say a bad word once, and they hung up on me. I'm sure these employees are good at their jobs but they are in a customer service industry and if they're unwilling to take a little extra effort to be helpful they need to find jobs where they don't deal with the public. Needless to say they've lost our business.

They advertise services online as well as inside the store that they don't honor or perform anymore, but they're sorry for the inconvenience. Who has the time, money, or gas to waste going to places for services advertised but not performed?

Absolutely horrible service!!! We are moving our prescriptions elsewhere. Our 4 year old needed to use the restroom and the lady at the front counter was to lazy to go unlock it so just said they was closed. After asking for explanation she rudely just said again closed. We put our cart up and had to find him a restroom. To do that to adult is one thing but a child is inexcusable. CVS should fire her before she runs more customers away.

Never has your prescription done in a timely manner or they are always out of the medication. Hospital sent the prescription the night before but at 4 pm the next day it still hadn't been filled. my son missed 2 doses of his prescription antibiotics because of this. Took 3 weeks to fill my son's inhaler. I'm glad it wasn't completely out. They really need to get it together.

Not a clean store. The bathroom smelled of urine. I know it's a bathroom but smelled terrible.

Extremely, extremely slow. Seemingly always out of normal, monthly prescribed meds. will say they didnt get a prescription that was sent early in the morning... until they check their fax and it's laid there all day. Unfortunately, my mother has to use this pharmacy so I have to deal with them. I use Rite Aid/Walgreens and they are super fast and efficient!

These folks are atrocious, after partially filling my RX for a common blood pressure med (1 weeks worth) I was told to come back in a couple days until the truck arrived. I called back a few days later to check the status and was told they have no idea when it will arrive, Then they suggested I call other pharmacies in the area to see if they have it and can transfer it to them. I am switching pharmacies even if I have to pay more.

This CVS is understaffed-- there is no debate about that. I specifically called ahead since I was moving states and when I got to KY, they still hadn't put my prescription in the system. Very frustrating especially when you have Narcolepsy and need the medicine to stay awake/ drive/ work and live! But that being aside, I am balancing out the ratings because the staff has ALWAYS been kind and considerate. Once your Rx becomes less of a number in their queue, they are quick to help you solve it. Kasey was extremely kind and coming from a different medical profession I want to say that their service counts for something. So CVS owners/operators: PLEASE STAFF YOUR PHARMACY!

This pharmacy NEVER has my Rx ready when promised and is severely understaffed causing excessive wait times. This isn't the first time, this has happened at least 4 times in the past. I am definitely switching pharmacy's and would suggest that you do the same.

Today was my first visit with a different insurance Silver Script and 5 new prescriptions they were filled and ready in less than 15 minutes. Staff was very courteous. I could not have been more pleased.
