Goodwill Kentucky is a large, clean, and well-organized thrift store and donation center that supports a meaningful mission of providing jobs to individuals with disabilities or disadvantages, such as those with criminal histories or substance abuse issues. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and good customer service, with some mentioning exceptional service from specific employees. The store offers a variety of items, including clothing, books, and household goods, though some find navigating the selection challenging due to overfilled racks or disorganized displays. Prices for certain items, like Vera Bradley purses, can be steep compared to typical thrift store prices. The store's parking is easy to access, and the checkout process is quick and friendly. Donations are accepted efficiently, although at times the store appears overwhelmed, with items thrown together and disorganized shelves, possibly due to staffing shortages. Overall, many customers enjoy shopping here for the variety and the store’s mission, but some note that organization could be improved to enhance the shopping experience.
Just happened to walk in and look around. Was surprised to find a few items. Old Mason Jars, 2006 Baby Alive for my daughter, which worked, all for little price. Definitely worth checking out.
