Not a fan of Harbor Freight. Zero customer service in store. Which seems to be copied by their corporate office. Bought a $29.99 electric weed trimmer. Only three people in line, I was #3, the cashier was as slow as a slug. I get home to put purchased trimmer together only to discover there are no screws to attach the guard to the trimmer. Called the phone number on the missing parts page, to be told to take my receipt and guide pamphlet back to the store (15 miles away) to get the missing 4 screws.
If I need to go back to the store I am returning the trimmer and going elsewhere.
Oh, I was awarded a $10 gift card to purchase said screws. Nope! Waist of my time and gas to get missing 4 screws.

This place has no customer service whatsoever. Save yourself the trouble of not buying anything from this place. Spending over 1 grand in there gets you a hole in your pocket.

Got the tools I needed they don't have the greatest stuff in the world but it works and is affordable they even had some cleance items in the back scratch and dent kinda stuff but I got in and out pretty quick everything was easy to find and it was somewhat busy but I had an actual human being ring me up instead of having to use self check out and do there job for them like a lot of places are now
