This office did a great job! There was a very unstable skinny woman in there yelling and screaming nonsense about something and they handled her with grace and compassion. I hope they don't have to suffer that abuse again

I have been going to this same H&R Block office for 30+ years to get my taxes done. I was audited a few years ago… I had purchased the peace of mind guarantee… both me and my preparer learned some things during that audit and H&R Block stood behind their guarantee 100%. I will continue to go to Teresa Pelphrey to get my taxes done as long as she continues to work there because she is very good at her job and she’s a great person on top of that!

This is the best place to get your taxes done. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. As I am disabled, I uploaded my tax forms to H&R Block website. Deanna Charles prepared them, then called to discuss and after I signed off on them, she filed them for me. The process could not be easier. I have been coming here over 5 years and never have a problem. Finally, I did not have to pay and arm and a leg to get them done.

Been going for years had no problem until this year. Our taxes got audited which is fine here it is December 28th and we have been Trying to get into contact with the lady that done our taxes been trying to contact her for about 5 months we leave messages she never returns our call and we paid for peace of mind. We will be going somewhere else this tax season.
