We brought our 2026 Tesla Model Y in for a tire balance and rotation. Bruce got us taken care of in a timely manner! We are so glad to be able to bring our cars to somewhere local, rather than drive all the way to the Tesla Service Center in Louisville.

I had an appointment with them and they were right on time!! With 2 vehicles I have let them service both for over over 7 years and they have kept records and the service has been excellent!

Decently overpriced compared to competitors one county over. The only tires in stock were $500 for two plus installation fees and shop fees VS the tires I ordered off of Walmart for $77 a piece and the fees are cheaper at Walmart as well and come with road hazard warranty which has to be paid for at Ken Towery an additional $18 per tire.

Worst service ever. If I could give 0 stars as a rating, that would still be too many. Took all day to service the wrong thing on my truck. Tells me that they can reschedule me to fix the right thing. I don’t have time so I do it myself and one of my lugs on my wheel was cross threaded back on. Terrible business, terrible service. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you value customer service and your vehicle.
