Very rude and hateful staff. They act like it's a nuisance to answer a question. They need to fire all staff and start over.

I rarely go to Kroger in Danville, but on this afternoon, I drove up to Danville and picked my cousin up getting out of the hospital. I run into Kroger and bought him some milk and grabbed a couple of chuck roast. ALL OF YOU KNOW WHAT THOSE COST THESE DAYS!!! Well I left one there, getting to bottom line I called back immediately. After talking to two people and them insinuating I was lying, finally someone ask, which line I went through and told me to describe the person. Okay I said it was a black lady approximately my age that limped, I was told I was rude and and I ask how was I rude, and she says you don’t describe someone as black/ white! Excuse me, but would someone tell me the proper way to describe a person if they are black or white? I’m a long way from being racist! I love all people, and am currently supporting one of my Afghanistan friends trip home, as he got caught there in Afghanistan, when the United States pulled out. Some of my dearest friends are Mexican or black. I treat people how they act, not by their color! I’m mad, and the boy that (yes boy) also rude, and did everything but call me a liar and a thief put the call through to what he called the manager, I hope not, or they are in desperate need of leadership. They did find my roast and returned it to the meat department, after all. No apology though! The reason for this long post is, I want to know the proper way to describe a person, when asked, and I ask her this. she says, you definitely don’t do their race first. Well first off my degree in criminal justice tells me when you are giving a description of a person, the race is the first thing you tell, it’s on every application, she had to check the box when she applied, so please tell me the proper way, because I told this girl, that the lady was very helpful, as I had three orders and coupons. I was in no way putting this woman down, she was much nicer, than the manager she works for, if I indeed talked to the manager, which I highly doubt. I know one thing, before I got my degree in criminal justice, I attended KENTUCKY BUSINESS COLLEGE, and I promise Kroger needs to up their game in management department , or they will not be successful in the end.

This Kroger has terrible customer service. Employees are mean, on staff Nurse is rude, and anyone who works in management will say whatever they want to get you to leave. Wouldn't recommend.

I've had 2 different doctors try to call in prescriptions for me, one of them tried to call in an antibiotic twice but Kroger's pharmacy keeps telling me that they have not received any prescriptions for me. I even had to reschedule my surgery because I have to be on an antibiotic before the surgery.

Did a pickup order and $44 pot of chili was ruined when molded macaroni was dumped in it. Kroger’s manager on duty wouldn’t do anything but replace the $1 boxes of macaroni!!!

Had Prescription called in to Kroger Phamacy at 200 Skywatch Drive in Danville, KY. Called a couple of hours later to see when RX could be picked up. Was told would be ready after 4:00 PM. I knew they were busy so I waited until the next morning to go pick up RX. I arrived in the AM and gave them my information to pick up RX. I was told that my RX still wasn't ready. After waiting a good while they brought my RX to counter and rang it up. The price, even with my insurance, was very expensive so I asked them to check Good RX. I was rudely asked by Kay, the pharmacy Tech, if I had a Good RX card on file. I told her I didn't but couldn't she use a generic coupon as Kroger is a Good RX parogram participant. She told me that they were to busy because of all the Covid shots that they were having to give. When I got home I called and checked with Good RX. I found out that yes the Kroger at 200 Skywatch Drive in Danville Kentucky was supposed to be a Good RX participant and that what they charged me was 4 times the amount of the Good RX price. I was told to return to the Pharmacy and that if I asked the Phamacist could issue me a credit or refund back for the difference in price. I went back to the pharmacy and politely spoke to the phamacist and requested the partial refund/credit from the expensive price they charged to the Good RX price and gave her the required information. She came back a few minutes later and told me that it was against corporate policy so she couldn't do that. What a croc. Needless to say, I will never have another RX filled at the Phamacy at Kroger on 200 Skywatch Drive in Danville, KY. again. I suggest you do the same if you want to overpay on your prescriptions and don't want to be subjected to rude behavior from pharmacy Techs like Kay.

Used to be semi-decent. Then they started forcing people to wear masks to receive service. Meanwhile if you have to go to the bathroom, the facilities are disgusting and quite a health concern.

I get that everyone has a right to believe in what they want but when I go into a store I shouldn't be faced with BLM on employees uniforms. Being a business you be less political since you are supposed to be open to all people of every race. I will no longer be shopping at any Kroger or doing any business with them and neither will anyone in my clan.

One of the best Kroger’s I’ve been to. Friendly staff and I found the items on my list easily.

Worst Kroger I’ve ever been to. No lettuce, no strawberries. Lady at the register didn’t want to bring the wind around and ring up the things on the bottom of my cart. She asked me to pick them up and hand them to her. Horrible. The lady loading my groceries complained about her shoulder hurting and how the job is killing her. She can’t lift up a 2 L bottle of pop and put it in my vehicle for me.
