I do not recommend Kroger Danville. They sold me a cake with a bug on it and the edible image was falling off the sides (which was the wrong edible image to begin with) I got refunded but this isn’t the first cake I’ve ordered from this location and the last cake I ordered was melted. Do not waste your money here go to Richmond they do a fabulous job on cakes in Richmond! The customer service staff was dry about the whole thing. The bakery department was awful period there was a snobby girl and a gentleman working and then I get a plain cake out their feeezer section and ask for the cake to be written on and he done the worst job I’ve ever seen on a cake! I wouldn’t have gotten this cake if it wasn’t the day before the party!

Unfortunately, management here is both extremely rude and incompetent to customers. One threatened to lay hands on me as I was trying to check out.
Avoid this location if you can.
Also, bad cell signal inside the building if you're on T-Mobile.

Went there to purchase fresh salmon. Was approached by the associate asking me, do you need help. Very professional. No waiting. Walked by fresh baked bread. Great variety. I picked up a sunflower sliced loaf. I use liquid Maggi seasoning. Kroger is the only store that carries it in the Danville area.

If I could give one star, I would. This location in Danville Kentucky is located on skywatch Dr has poor management and rude employees. So beware if there's a problem the Manger will not speak to you nor will they help to resolve any issues.

We needed emergency Ingredients for Christmas Eve. Arrived at the store at 20 minutes before closing, and would not be admitted.

Kroger overall is good. However, a certain cashier was really rude today. No smile, slinging bagged groceries into the cart. Totally ignored when I said thank you and Merry Christmas!
