Never EVER had any customer service issues nor witnessed them at this location. Infact the sweet lady who works the am shift is always so friendly and warm with her interactions. Thank you for being open, friendly and looking out for your customers!!

Older woman in there is always in a crap mood, hateful, and picks and chooses when she wants to sell vapes without an ID. I’m 24 and have bought vapes there from every single person all without being asked for ID (I’ve lost my physical ID and have had a hard time making time to go get a new one made because I work the same hours) but I had a picture that I showed her. And she laughed in my face and told me that won’t work, when I’ve already done that whole scenario with her before and I didn’t even have a picture then and she still sold it to me. I even took in the vape I bought from there WITHOUT ID to show her which one I wanted. Rude, condescending and I will take my happy butt else where :)

I have been stopping at Danville Marathon for gas & lottery tickets for a long time. I actually enjoyed my visits there bc all the employees were so pleasant, helpful, & funny. Almost always left with a smile on my face until Tuesday, Sept.3, 2024. I think it was the owner & his wife working.An item he showed me was a bit expensive so told him I’d take something else. He slammed the drive-thru window in my face!! Astonished I sat there until he came back looking like he was filled with hate. I could barely understand what he was saying in such anger.I couldn’t understand how a public business could be so cruel! I told him with that kind of treatment he would lose customers & his reply was “I don’t care” & slammed the window again! Even though convenient I will never use their location on Hustonville Rd. Danville , KY again!

This place is the best place to trade with in Danville Kentucky they have great gas ,a ton of tobacco and vape choices the beer is ice cold from the beer cave they have lottery actually sold a 50,000 dollar winner just a few days ago and the staff is always nice and helps with all your needs they have a drive through service the owners are very friendly and always making sure your experience is just what your looking for handicap parking and wheelchair friendly doorways kid friendly and a place you could take your kids in and be comfortable with your decision of doing so great job guys
