I have never been more disgusted by a pet store. Upon entering you are greeted by the smell of rodent pee and scented candles. The bird cages were overflowing with feces, starving reptiles (to the point where the hip bones and ribs are the most prominent features), and the fish tanks were disgusting. I have never seen a pet store open to the public that was so full of neglected and sick animals. When i spoke to the manager on duty is response was, “call animal control so they can laugh you out, and dont come back if you dont like how we keep our animals”. I am not surprised they sell their animals “as is” with no health guarantee when they just neglect them.

I have never seen a pet store with animals kept in such appalling condition. Upon entering you are greeted with the smell of rodent pee and blueberries (because they were burning scented candles), Bird cages overflowing with feces, starving reptiles (multiple animals were so starved you could see the bones) and absolutely filthy fish tanks. When i spoke to the manager on duty today about the conditions of the animals, his response was "call animal control and theyll just laugh". i can not understand how that place is still open.

The staff is friendly and VERY knowledgeable. There is a large selection of small pets. We arrived just before closing and he didn't mind at all to take the time to explain a few things to us and help my daughter pick out the perfect hamsters.

Sold my husband and I a Guinea pig on Friday that we realized when we got home had respiratory issues and now 3 days later I’m having to syringe feed him while he slowly dies. Do better. Take care of your animals or don’t sell a dying/sick pet without disclosing it.

Lots of variety of pets. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Very competitive prices. All the things I look for in a pet store with a hometown feel.

I deliver the fish and live animals to this place and let me tell ya, after a year and a half of doing this there is no other person that I know that is more knowledgeable about pets then he is. If your in the neighborhood and feel like stopping in for a quick look around you will not be disappointed. Scott knows his stuff and is one of the best in the business. Don't take my word for it, stop on by and see for yourself.

We've purchased two ball pythons, a scorpion, and all of our feeders. All the animals are super healthy and the staff is always helpful. Will continue to bring our business there!

I love this shop. My son caught the fish bug, so as an early Christmas present, I bought my son a 50 gallon tank, a 100 gallon hang on back filter, filled it up with the garden hose, then I bought fish from three different places, and Scott's were the healthiest fish. After 90% died, I went to Scott, and he stood with me, discouraged me from buying any more fish, and helped me fix my gross fish tank. He walked me through my cleaning, setup, and cycling. He even offered to test my water parameters for free, Not because I'm special just because that is what they do. Highly recommend! Good shop.

I have gone here twice and I am overall not pleased. The place gives very bad vibes, the owners seeming.. Off. They stare at you a lot as you shop and almost seem a bit buzzed as they take a long time to answer questions. The place is also pretty filthy. Birds look unhappy, tanks are covered in algae and the rodent section is sad. As a long time pet owner, it just seems like it's cheap. It makes me pretty upset knowing that they have ads on multiple radio stations for their store and yet such a low level of quality for the care of the animals. They also are not doing anything but talking and sitting around when I went. This isn't necessarily bad but when I worked at a pet store I was always on my feet; cleaning cages/tanks, giving treats to the critters, feeding them, sweeping, etc. It just seems like there could be a lot more effort put into this store and they're not doing it. Which for other places would be fine but for animals, it really isn't.

Went one evening looking for some new fish. Noticed a dead fish at the bottom of one of the tanks. Maybe should had been a warning sign. I went ahead and bought a cory catfish to go with the others I already have. Noticed it wasn't very active when I added it to my tank. By the time I woke up the next morning it was dead. They have a sign saying no guarantee on live fish anymore. This is probably the reason

The rodents cages were not clean at all. All the snakes cages still had the skin they had shed in it. One of the parakeets was plucking its own feathers out, it’s whole body had no feathers also known as self mutilation. The fish tanks had algae all over them. I had a question about a dog bone and the cashier was rude about what I asked. Would not recommend.
