I have a really difficult time with PNC banking. I can't get anyone on the phone, so I have to constantly go there for a quick question. I will be switching to a local bank, who picks up the phone immediately.

I have banked here over 20 years and they have been wonderful. My two daughters are niw grown and tgey both bank at PNC
