They really should figure out what they’re doing. Like instead of saying “yes 200$ will be put on you're card today” they should say “we don’t care when you get you’re money. But it’s most likely not today or tomorrow”

I called multiple times over a 10 minute period around 2pm. Never got to speak to a branch representative as the first call sent me to voicemail after waiting in silence for 4 mins. I continued to call to try to speak to a rep but after the first call it sent me to voicemail after a minute and a half, again after 2 minutes and again after 45 seconds. With Covid still affecting the world, I would have rather spoke to a rep than go in to ask a question that would only take 1 minute to answer. I would not leave a voice message as I am currently at work and can’t answer calls and with how many times I was sent to voicemail after various different waiting times, I don’t have confidence that I would receive a call back. The reps are usually nice when I have to stop in but answering calls is a part of the experience PNC tries to provide to its clients and it’s a part of good customer service in general

Great customer service with an amazing smile everyday. I go in very often but when I do I never feel unwelcome. The staff and even customer service are very helpful with any issues that may arise. They make it super easy to bank and I'll continue to bank with them for years to come.

Treated me like garbage and were incredibly condesending when I was having an issue, then closed my account without telling me after I left it seems as I can no longer access my account except to make withdrawals. I wouldn't trust this company with a dime now.

When the old location was open, they were great! Since they've gone to this location and the manager retired, they've dramatically gone downhill. I have had nothing but issues with them and that is why I have now switched to another bank. The staff need serious training at this location.

I have done business and personal banking with this branch for the last year and a half and I would recommend this branch to anyone that lives in the area. The staff here are incredible and so kind and I always felt valued.
