There isn't an option of no stars at all or I would mark it! The level of incompetence shown to me from them is remarkable. We have been paying for a Gig, but were only getting 90mbs. They sent a field tech out to check it. He said it's an issue from the pole, not from our home. He said we'd need a maintenance tech to come out. So he put in a ticket to escalate. Short story, they sent a total of 4 (four) regular field techs to our home which didn't resolve our issue. I have been in contact w/ their "escalated" dept for 2 weeks now. Today, they're still telling me that they will get ahold of the maintenance technician dept for me. So yet again I'm waiting for a call I don't know that I'll get. I'd switch companies but there's really no options here that can match what spectrum says they offer. So frustrating

I closed my moms account cell and interent paid off as well. I believed spectrum the first time saying it was the Danville store error that caused the first issue. Well spectrum has come back 2.5 years later did not fix the issue. So because Danville screwed the pooch on the cell phone ordeal. I am now fighting 353.00 bill that I do not actually owe. So it's either find the receipt after 3 moves or pay them 353.00 Do not deal with this store. The phone our all priced higher than normal by 100.00 or more. Stick with there interent. Now that bluegrass is out of the way Verizon is better cellar option anyway.

We were told by customer service and other locations that we can go into the store to switch out my router and modem. The store employees refused to give us a new router and modem. I work remotely so I need the internet, they don’t care.

They Have no idea what they are doing. I took my box backend the girl didn't know how to so she told me to walk it down the block to UPS and mail it to spectrum & I ask is this common knowledge regarding spectrum and UPS said constantly.

We only went into this new store to upgrade and trade in our phones. The employee informed us that only Samsung Galaxy22/22+ and a few cheap Motorola phones were in stock. The phone we were interested in was not in stock, and "would never be back in stock." The woman looking up information did not give us other options for ordering or shipping to the store and was vague in her help. It's a shame that a brand new store has such lazy employees. Thank you Spectrum Customer Service phone call for being more helpful in 10 minutes than a whole trip wasted to a store.

Absolutely ridiculous wear you down tactics to cancel service with Spectrum. Be prepared to spend minimum 30-40 mins on phone to cancel.

Please make sure when you go in the store you sign in on the tablet as soon as you walk in or you won't be seen there very adamant about it

Advertised 200 mbps only getting 20mbps. Complete lie. For 75$+ this just feels like a scam
