Went in. Got a phone. Didn't work, very well. Took it back. Then find out the manager was stealing. I couldn't get any info, from T-Mobile, so called Danville police. Just trying to watch out, for myself. DID NOT file a report. But, they swear I did, and I'm banned. Watch yourself, around this new manager, also. And his boss can't even call, or write back. I've got their service back, but sure can't go in there, if there's something I need. Sorry Bud, you lost out, on a sale. And I'm gonna do my best, to get your wrong fixed. Your customer service sucks.

Amber King Carman went above and beyond with her customer service she deserves a raise! I won’t go to anyone but her when it comes to any phone service she is awesome and will help you regardless if she isn’t clocked in and that is great customer service ???

The retail manager Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING!! She helped us get everything set up in a timely manner and Metro refused to release my iPhone to T-Mobile. It was a whole mess. She stayed calm not aggravated and provided amazing customer service! After we tried numerous things to get my phone unlocked with metro stating it was unlocked and ready to go it still didn’t work. So she helped us find a phone we could afford and waived the activation fee because I had already paid to have my phone activated and it wasn’t working!Overall she provided outstanding customer service! I would recommend this store specially to anyone because of Jennifer! We are so grateful that we were able to be helped by someone who was so patient and knew exactly how to do their job!Thank you Jennifer!- Jessica & Bobby Goins!

Amazing Sprint store with some of the best people to help you. Jennifer and Dakota are very friendly and go out of their way to set up your phone and get you the best deal.
