“Jana went above and beyond in customer service for our family! My brother was moving and had rented a truck from Jana that was unloaded and needed to be returned to the Danville location! He had a serious accident in Louisville at the same time while in Louisville when loading another truck. He ended up at the trauma emergency room at UL level 1 trauma center with a head injury,!
