Austin was excellent with helping myself and my grand-daughter with our questions, purchase, and subsequent set up of new phone. Very helpful in getting discounts I was eligible for. Ended up with a pleasant and mostly painless experience.

I'm really grateful. While the data was being transferred, I was back at work. When I went to pick up my phone in the evening, the case and phone glass were all still on. The service at this store was excellent.

Phone number is supposed to be a Danville number but it's obvious it's a call center in India or Phillipines etc. Confusing...not good service for local customers.

This location gave me and my girlfriend a terrible experience. The sales rep immediately started spouting some rhetoric about only wanting to sell us what we need while continuing to up sale us on products we didn’t ask for. He blatantly started to ring up extra products we did not ask for and when called on it and told how that that is unappreciated (3x before he got the picture) he got nervous and started talking about how he was price checking for us and how we need chargers with better capacitors or some other sales fluff intended to make it seem like he wasn’t being a crook from what he thought was right under our noses. When called out on this in front of the manager, instead of addressing the issue, he comes over and starts some nervous banter they thought customers would like to hear. Your employee just tried to swindle me to my face and lie about it. The employees would not stop talking amongst themselves about themselves and involving the customers in what they thought was a fun conversation for all involved that everyone loved but on the customer side of things it was very awkward and uncomfortable. Of course this was all after we told him what kind of phone case we wanted and he insisted he knew better than us, and for the first time during this very long transaction he began to lecture me on the different products and why I’m wrong for wanting the one we wanted. This of course is the same incompetent sales rep who, mind you, was wearing a dolphins football jersey as if he were in middle school in the year 2003, spiked hair, gauges, and torn jeans while his more respectable coworkers wore reasonable sales rep attire. Not that I’m against wearing what you want, but if you’re going to look like a dunce it would really help you and everyone around you if you weren’t actually one in reality. This man kept telling us what we needed and telling us all about everything we don’t know but constantly (and I mean constantly) kept turning to his coworkers for every little prompt on the computer. We had to restart twice just to find out we had to go a whole different route. We were there for damn near two hours just to get a phone that we got to the house and it won’t set up! It won’t set up and she doesn’t even have our area code. He gave her a completely different area code than everyone in our town and the surrounding towns. Not even by a small margin. Like a really large margin did this area code not fit in to our area. Also when the manager came to help this lost pup, he sees how lost he is, gets him past the first 3 road blocks, and then literally just leaves the store. He’s gone now. The only person who can help and who knew was the person to help just said “I said I was gonna leave at four, you know how that goes” and left out the back.We literally called a different store and they insisted we not call them at all or go back and to come to them and that they were very sorry for our experience. It certainly was an experience.So now we have to go further away from where we drove today because we certainly know better than to go into that location again, and take it to somebody who can actually help us and deserves the compensation for our business instead of this low level sales rep who doesn’t even know enough about his own OS system to at least appear competent enough to swindle somebody. It’s like he’s not even good enough of a sales person to be a slimy one. It’s just annoying because you know your time is being wasted every time he opens his mouth not to sell what I’m telling him I need. Meanwhile he’s thinking he’s got you hooked, line and sinker and you just want a phone with a phone number starting with your area code, and a working phone. At the very least a working phone.

Went to the Danville Verizon store when my phone would sporadically decide it didn’t have a SIM card and would go into SOS mode.There were 5 customers already being helped simultaneously by Chris. He addressed me when I walked into the door and let me know he’d be with me in a few minutes.He called an associate trainee from the back to come help who did the best he could in solving my issue. Chris was able to quickly decipher the problem as a compromised SIM card at which point they got me a new sim card and my phone immediately regained service.Both of the reps were polite and helpful.Would recommend Danville Verizon for all your needs.
