I stopped for gas and their credit card machine was down and no signage saying this. I had to pull money from savings that was for my mortgage so I could use my debit card. It wouldn’t have been an issue if they had a sign. I could’ve went across the street. Very inconvenient. Will be a while before I visit this store again.

Typically, I love Caseys, we come all the time, enjoy all the nice people that work there. But the pizza lately has been upsetting. We usually get it every Friday, but lately, I've had to skip it. The pizza has little to no sauce, a boat load of cheese. When I request to have light cheese and extra sauce; who ever is doing the pizza doesn't read the request. It's like they see light cheese and say nah you getting ALL the cheese, or the extra sauce, evaporates into the stratosphere because all we get is cheese. I'm sorry to be a downer, but our pizza night was a letdown.

There jalapeño cheese puffs are way better than Cheeto brand! Slushee machines were not making slushees tho,it was just juice. Their kettle chips are great!

Would give zero if I could. New automation for the phone system has no idea what your name is, the people making pizza won't ask if you're there to pick up an order by your phone number. Pizza is great, to bad you can't get it any more. Don't waste your time.

Would give zero stars on their food service if it was possible. Have had orders go missing during delivery, orders they forget to even make, and tonight picked up an order that was cold, one pizza wasn't even cut, no sauces/sides/peppers, an absolute disaster. Have been told multiple times we didn't fully place the order (happened enough that we started going in with the confirmation emails in-hand), have been told my order was late because it was a new driver that couldn't find our address (only to have the same driver who had been here multiple times pull up and let me know he had too many deliveries), and a multitude of other issues. We didn't order for a LONG time and decided to try again tonight. HUGE mistake that we definitely won't do again.

Workers goof around at their job when they are supposed to be working, I called the phone to place an order called over 15 times and no one would answer. Employees need to be fired.
