Always friendly. Slightly slow in the drive through. But my problem is- no customer service on weekends???!!! So if you need to dispute something or have a question and/or problem with your card, you're screwed till Monday.

I have been with Planters Bank in Dawson Springs for years and cannot imagine banking anywhere but here. Everyone is friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I feel like every staff member is a personal friend.
