Whoever is delivering mail to the apartments on Baxter Avenue is very unreliable. Two days this week my packages have said delivered. I do not get a key left. Today was the third time in 3 months I have had this issue and 2nd time this week. This is unacceptable. I do not know what happened to the original mail carrier here but who this guy is now in the last 6 months has delivered packages that go on front porch to wrong apartments, put my mail like my vehicle title in another apartment box. I'm tired of having to track down my mail and packages and lost all trust in whoever delivering mail to this place.

Dad used to ask me a riddle. Three vehicles arrive at an intersection at the same time; an ambulance, a fire truck, and a post office truck. Who goes first? Horrible! Lots of mail I never receive. I use informed delivery and most the time I don't receive my mail. It's the worst US Mail service ever!
