“It’s been 6 years, but I just realized I never left a review for Parker Ford. I bought a used Camaro from them. That experience was perfectly fine. It’s what happened after that made me want to come back and give them a 50000/5 star review. I wish I could remember the name of the salesman because he was lovely, but the team as a whole went above and beyond for my family. I was 20 years old and bought my dream car at Parker Ford. They could have easily tried to take advantage of me but didn’t. I got a very fair price for that car. A few months after I bought it, I lost my dad suddenly. A week after I lost my dad, the car started acting up, which felt like salt in the wound because I suddenly didn’t have a dad to call for help. I sent the salesman a text. I was honest with him that I’d just lost my dad and didn’t know what else to do. He told me to bring in the car and he’d take care of the rest and he did. We brought in my car and my mom’s ford focus was acting up as well (purchased from a different dealership). They gave us loaner cars to use while ours were in the shop and fixed up our cars at no extra cost. They really take being a member of this beautiful community seriously. It’s been six years and their kindness still brings me to tears. I pray nothing but blessings over this business. This review is long overdue, but from the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness.”

“Quality Auto Body was amazing!! Our daughter is a student at Murray State University and we live in another state. During the last big snow storm her vehicle slid into a lamp post causing pretty severe front end damage. Quality Auto Body did a great job working with us and making us feel comfortable with the whole insurance process. All our daughter had to do was drop her vehicle off and pick it up. They even offered to give her a ride back to campus and also wait around after closing to make sure she had her vehicle. I wish we could give them more than 5 stars. Great business but I hope we never need their service again (LOL)!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!”
“Called to get my car repaired after I had an accident on 12/19. This was a week after the tornadoes had devastated the area, so getting a vehicle in to be repaired was not easy. They in turn have had some difficulties in locating all of the parts to repair my vehicle. Will add photos of completed work when I get my Edge back.”
