“I mailed an item Priority Mail (3 day delivery) from TN to Greenville, KY that went to Louisville twice, all the way to Denver, and then got stuck in the Hazelton, MO facility. I asked for a USPS service request after 2 weeks. The Greenville, KY Postmaster, Jill Smith, called me herself to inform that she would contact Hazelton and monitor the package until Greenville received it, and would call me once received. The delay was no fault of Greenville, but Ms. Smith showed that she cared, and went above and beyond to help. Excellent customer service.”
