I found them to be friendly and professional all the way I was storing there I know over two years and not a mouse not a bug anywhere in my things when I went to empty my storage unit!!! Definitely a A+

We didn't have any issues for the time we used them. However it would have been nice if they would prorate the last month. The way it worked out we only needed the last month for a few days, which fell on the weekend. Ended up paying a whole month over 2 days.

A Plus is well maintained and staffed. The facilities are the best I’ve ever used for my storage needs and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Went here after renting from skinners self storage in williamstown ky. Skinner self storage was the worst storage unit experience ive ever had, leaking roof that they would not do anything about. A plus storage is a 10 to 1 over skinner. Much much much better customer service. Pay the extra and give A plus storage ur business, i promise, itll save u money in the long run.

Came here thinking I would find a home in a couple months. Instead it was 15 months. They were so good to me at A Plus Storage. Patient and never had an issue with the storage area or staff. All that time and never found any bugs or mice in my belongings. Highly recommend this place for your storage needs.
