Terrible place I walked in 13 mins before they close,no one is doing anything just talking in the back and they didn't even ask what I needed help with,just simply said sorry but we can't help ya! Hope u have a good night!! Horrible service

Joey at the AT&T was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! HE DIAGNOSED my boyfriend's wifi issues, changed the sim card in my NETGEAR, and made sure all was up and running perfectly. He is a credit and superior asset to AT&T with his knowledge and friendly and assuring attitude and personality. Thank you!!

Terrible location to go to ,I live close to this location in dry ridge and it's never open it seems , and I have tried to come to this location 3 different times and every time it's been closed and first time it said open till 7 and I came at 530 and it was closed due to some issue or another then next time I came an hour earlier than it said and closed and now I'm sitting here in front of the store it says closed at 5pm and I got here at 410 pm lights on but not a person around door locked ! What a waste of time! Walton location is 100% better and good people!

I believe Joyce is the retailers name at the Dry Ridge store. I told her my problem and she got it taken care of. Shes not a young kid looking to make a commission. She seems to honestly put herself in your shoes. She understands the importance of having a phone that you like, that gets reliable service all the time. Also she noticed the kind of phone I brought in and mentioned a really good promotion that is available that has the newest version of the phone I have now. I stopped buying plans years ago bc I've never had good luck. So once I get this promotional plan started hopefully everything works out as I expect.

**Do not do business with ATu0026T in Dry Ridge** My mom upgraded her paid in full phone per a promotion where she traded in a perfect S10+ without a scratch, nothing wrong with it, to get the S20 ultra at $700 off. She never got the promotional credit so she called ATu0026T customer service and they inform her they never received her old phone. She went to the ATu0026T store where she physically walked in and handed them her phone and they tell her they don't know where her phone is and have no record of receiving it and the girl who took in the phone is no longer employeed there. So they told her 2 weeks ago, they will go watch the security footage to see that she actually turned her phone in and rectify the situation. She never heard anything back. She called them today and the store manager tells her they still haven't watched the footage and said they don't even watch the footage at that store, they have another store who watches them? I think not. He then said they've just been really busy but If someone potentionally stole something from your store, costing hundreds of dollars in lost property and theft by deception, you'd think that would be a priority. ??u200d♀️ She then spent 2 hours on the phone with several customer service agents and they told her they don't have area/district or regional managers. I call BS on that. There is always someone higher up than a base level store manager I posted this on Facebook and had SEVERAL people say they are currently or in the past have had the exact same problem so clearly *someone* has shady business practices. Next step is to file a police report and have them review the tapes, so hopefully that gets us somewhere.

Well, it’s been almost a year since I went into the store and everything with my account got screwed up. If I could give this store minus -10 stars I would. Joey is the one that messed up a phone number that was being switched to my account from Verizon. I have called AT&T every month since then and my bill is still not fixed. I feel Joey should of been the one to fix the problem(since he caused the problem) but it has not been fixed. I hope someone from AT&T contacts me about this problem. Every month when I talk to customer service they say someone will contact me....but no one ever has. Very dissatisfied with this store..DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!!!!

If I could give a negative star review I would! I can’t believe that I couldn’t change my plan or cancel it at the location! I don’t think it’s right I have to call customer service # in order to change it! How can they activate plans but can’t change of cancel them at there own store!
