“I was finally able to get to buy a car from Chris Lawrence and could to have been happier with the entire process. He worked with me to help me decide which vehicle might be best for me and the needs of my family and was patient with me through the process. The vehicle that was ultimately the one for us was clearly and quickly communicated, offered for us to test drive then prepared and made ready for purchase and pickup through a very straightforward and comfortably paced process. Even aside from dealing with Chris all with whom I spoke through the process at Piles Chevrolet were courteous and accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of. This is the hometown dealership experience I both hoped for and received and I can't thank you all at Piles Chevrolet and especially Chris enough!”
“We were on our way to Florence speedway when our vans engine light started to flash and it started to spit and sputter so we came to this advance auto and the lady was so nice! She ran the codes to find out our plugs fowled out and even let us use a deep welled socket to change them out. Thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ and advance and the nice lady and the Lord that worked there, we were a bit late to the race but we got there safe and were able to the last chance and feature races but most importantly we made it back home to Frankfort safe with sound.”
“I had paint removed off of my vehicle and when I picked it up the paint was gone and the dirt on the outside and inside of my vehicle was too and it smelled so good. They did an amazing job! If I ever need work done it'll definitely go back there.”
“Will is always awesome to work with in the service department. He took care of me and made sure everything was perfect. Randy is awesome!! When you have service that needs to be done on a vehicle that they sold, he always checks in and makes sure that everything is going good. This is the only dealership that I trust to sell me or service my vehicle. I have dealt with them along with most of my family and some friends for over 20 years and it is always a pleasure.”
“We broke down on our way to Tennessee. One of the employees, Sonya, was our angel and brought us the tool we needed. She even made sure that it worked out for us! Not all heros wear capes!!”
“TL;DR – They got my Sienna back on the road with a tight deadline 800 miles from home.
I was visiting Kentucky, staying at an AirBnB with family, and my Toyota Sienna's water pump started failing. I was 800 miles from home (Massachusetts), and we had to be out the door in 36 hours. To rent a AirBnB for 30 people after everyone else left would have cost more than my Town & Country. I called 4 or 5 shops and nobody could get it the shop in time. I asked friends down in Winchester, and they couldn't find anyone on such short notice.
About a quarter-mile from my AirBnB, three dudes were hanging out in a barn that had a bunch of tractors and old cars on the property. I figured good 'ole Kentucky boys would know a guy, and I was not disappointed in the Southern hospitality. They helped me diagnose the problem, then called 3 shops where they knew the owners. Dry Ridge Auto was booked up like the other two, but the guy offered to push out a local customer's work a bit later to get my van fixed on Friday before I had to leave. AAA sent Simpson Towing to drop it off Thursday evening, and it was done around 2:30pm on Friday for hundreds of dollars less than what I would have paid back in Massachusetts. I had been nervous because I didn't get the frequent phone calls and updates that are typical in Massachusetts, but he got it done in time.
As of writing this, I've driven almost 900 miles. I only needed to add about a quart of coolant (added after the weep hole did its job and the radiator leveled out 10-20 miles after I picked it up—I think he might have put up to 5 or 10 miles on it testing it and checking coolant). From there, it was flawless. I got my family safely home to Massachusetts with the help of 3 good 'ole Kentucky boys and a mechanic willing to help out a stranger.”
“We got a flat tire within the first hour of a 14 hour drive to Florida. Walmart auto opened before every other tire store in the area (this all happened at 5 AM) and we got in as soon as they opened the doors. We asked them if they could do anything to get us back on the road with our 2 kids and they were able to quickly replace our flat and get us back on the road within 30-45 minutes. It was a small gesture for them but to us and our kids, it saved our vacation and didn’t cost a ton! They were also super cool with everything in our crazy circumstances and never made us feel like a burdenService: Tires”
“Purchased a CFORCE Overland 1000 from them a few days ago.
We were shopping
for another quad when we decided to just roll through their parking lot looking for used inventory when we spotted the only used ATV on the lot. It was just parked there looking kinda lonely saw we inquired the next day.
When we went in we were greated with a smile. The sales lady, can't remember her name, anyways she introduced us to the salesman, I'm thinking his name is Bennie? Not sure. He was very patient, not pushy, not he sat with us and listened to our needs and some stories. I was looking at another
but my lady liked the cammo CFMoto Overland 1000 outside. After a nice pavement ride we discussed the bike more in detail and the cost. After a half a day there, we were definitely sold on it and took it home where we have 4 properties to maintain. It's been awesome so far. Other than the horn which works when it wishes, this 2022 CFforce Overland 1000 is really strong, starts up and runs great.
We also really like the saddleboxes for tools n such.
This bike will definitely serve us well to get around for maintence work and play after a good week of work.
Thanks to the two nice sales persons, you both did a great job.
I'm giving a 5 star + mostly for their genuine and professional help.
More kudos to you both and Marshall Powersports, Dry Ridge, KY.”
