“Friendly and honest. What we thought was wrong with my truck was gonna cost $700. He figured out the real problem and it only cost me $100. Will be a returning customer.”
“I had paint removed off of my vehicle and when I picked it up the paint was gone and the dirt on the outside and inside of my vehicle was too and it smelled so good. They did an amazing job! If I ever need work done it'll definitely go back there.”
“We were traveling To see the ark and our engine light went on and someone In the Cracker Barrel recommended Steve freeman. He said some of the other shops he wouldn’t recommend. We were greeted kindly and courteously By the owner and helped immediately. He Checked everything and gave us one possible suggestion but said we would be able to make it home with no problem. Gave us great peace of mind God bless you Mr. freeman.”
“A coworker recommended Bills auto service when my wife's car broke down. Serpintine belt and pully broke. We had it towed to his shop and he had us back up running the next day. Since then, I had him fix my AC and replaced water pump in a VW. Not an easy job. He always does a great job, great price and fast times. Even fixed a sensor that was bad and unrelated to service I needed. He is and will be my go-to mechanic. I recommend him to everyone.”
“Jacob Banks was a great salesman and made everything smooth, didn’t waste my time. The finance department is fantastic would recommend them 100% for your next vehicle purchase.”
“Will is always awesome to work with in the service department. He took care of me and made sure everything was perfect. Randy is awesome!! When you have service that needs to be done on a vehicle that they sold, he always checks in and makes sure that everything is going good. This is the only dealership that I trust to sell me or service my vehicle. I have dealt with them along with most of my family and some friends for over 20 years and it is always a pleasure.”
“I was finally able to get to buy a car from Chris Lawrence and could to have been happier with the entire process. He worked with me to help me decide which vehicle might be best for me and the needs of my family and was patient with me through the process. The vehicle that was ultimately the one for us was clearly and quickly communicated, offered for us to test drive then prepared and made ready for purchase and pickup through a very straightforward and comfortably paced process. Even aside from dealing with Chris all with whom I spoke through the process at Piles Chevrolet were courteous and accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of. This is the hometown dealership experience I both hoped for and received and I can't thank you all at Piles Chevrolet and especially Chris enough!”
“Worked with first time salesman Cody he did an excellent job smooth transaction would totally recommend doing business with Marshall Toyota! Team member discounts are welcomed also!”
“TL;DR – They got my Sienna back on the road with a tight deadline 800 miles from home.
I was visiting Kentucky, staying at an AirBnB with family, and my Toyota Sienna's water pump started failing. I was 800 miles from home (Massachusetts), and we had to be out the door in 36 hours. To rent a AirBnB for 30 people after everyone else left would have cost more than my Town & Country. I called 4 or 5 shops and nobody could get it the shop in time. I asked friends down in Winchester, and they couldn't find anyone on such short notice.
About a quarter-mile from my AirBnB, three dudes were hanging out in a barn that had a bunch of tractors and old cars on the property. I figured good 'ole Kentucky boys would know a guy, and I was not disappointed in the Southern hospitality. They helped me diagnose the problem, then called 3 shops where they knew the owners. Dry Ridge Auto was booked up like the other two, but the guy offered to push out a local customer's work a bit later to get my van fixed on Friday before I had to leave. AAA sent Simpson Towing to drop it off Thursday evening, and it was done around 2:30pm on Friday for hundreds of dollars less than what I would have paid back in Massachusetts. I had been nervous because I didn't get the frequent phone calls and updates that are typical in Massachusetts, but he got it done in time.
As of writing this, I've driven almost 900 miles. I only needed to add about a quart of coolant (added after the weep hole did its job and the radiator leveled out 10-20 miles after I picked it up—I think he might have put up to 5 or 10 miles on it testing it and checking coolant). From there, it was flawless. I got my family safely home to Massachusetts with the help of 3 good 'ole Kentucky boys and a mechanic willing to help out a stranger.”
“Showed up at work and noticed I had a nail in my tire. Called tire discounters and gave them my tire size they quoted me a really fair price ever the phone so I dropped the tire off and it was finished within 15 minutes. I highly recommend this location everyone was super friendly and my experience was very easy with them. I 10/10 would reccomend them to anyone”
“We got a flat tire within the first hour of a 14 hour drive to Florida. Walmart auto opened before every other tire store in the area (this all happened at 5 AM) and we got in as soon as they opened the doors. We asked them if they could do anything to get us back on the road with our 2 kids and they were able to quickly replace our flat and get us back on the road within 30-45 minutes. It was a small gesture for them but to us and our kids, it saved our vacation and didn’t cost a ton! They were also super cool with everything in our crazy circumstances and never made us feel like a burdenService: Tires”
“Traveling from out of town, I started having car troubles and they helped me right away! I’m so blessed to have found them, they are truly amazing, and I thank God I did! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.”
