Worst banking experience opened an account for my son who is a juvenile at this branch. He had his account get hacked the bank decides to lock my account due to the fraud in his account. No warning no notice just block it they inform me that don’t worry money can still go in the account you just can’t get it out!!! I looked at them and said so your holding my money that has nothing to do with that account hostage they smiled and said yes! Will never do business with them again absolutely ridiculous that they think it’s ok to treat people like this and lock them out of THEIR money like it’s no big deal and tell them it will be atleast 7-10 business days before you can have access if we keep the account open. Well you can shove this account I will be going elsewhere.

My husband stayed with this horrible bank because the locations in Florida. He does business there and we also travel to Florida frequently. My name is not on his account, and my husband is in ICU struggling for his life since Dec 1. He is hopefully going to make it and Mend. I lost my credit card in the hospital, so just came in today to see what I can do. Judy was my teller and I quote she said there is nothing I can do. Very deadpan look . I left went to Heritage Bank and they told me that if I had online access I could request a new one. And report that credit card lost. That lady needs some serious training!! But wait she is retiring on Saturday. So needless to say we are leaving this bank for good!!! Heritage Bank is the best !! Judy hope you have a great retirement party

Very disappointed had a check cut from my job because they messed up payroll Crystal, and Nancy did absolutely nothing but not give a single care in the world. I’ve had accounts with you for over 3 years and I’m closing them all today! Thanks for sucking !

Only gave one star because I had to.Customer service here is absolutely terrible. I called to get some help with my account, gave all my information and was told that she could not tell me anything because I couldn’t remember where I opened my account. I said I can log into my account and give you every single transaction if needed. The response I got was in the rudest voice imaginable “I can’t help you” then immediately put on hold. The phone was never picked back up!Called a different location and talked to a super sweet lady that was incredibly helpful. Instead of being rude and nasty when I told her I couldn’t remember where I opened my account. She said here let me get another security question which I was able to answer. Then she let me know what I needed to know.

Stopped in to open an account today with Austin. His service was excellent and a 10 out of 10. I’ve banked here in the past and have had some bad experiences with other people but he totally flipped the script. Thanks for hiring great people that know what’s customer service is about. Thanks Austin for your help and guidance.

I used to have an account with BB&T, because of this branch and multiple other branches around I closed my account. My wife still has an account with them, unfortunately I still have to deal with this bank because of that. Customer service and communication from the tellers is incredibly poor. There is only one teller that I have found to actually know their job and actually communicate with customers. Most think they know it all and assume what you want.
