Opened an account expecting more from a smaller bank. Ended up paying them $5 for a color printed statement I didn't want and closing the account immediately afterwards. Bummed it's so hard to find a decent bank these days...

I waited for 45 minutes to speak to an "ONdemand" representative at their ATM. The screen. Says that we are being connected then sends me right back to the home screen. Now mind you that there's a prompt that says you are on a waiting list and if you tap the screen a second time you be put to the back of the line. So I tried again patiently waiting my turn, then it turned seven o'clock and they were closed. I bet the actual people that work there are amazing but the technology absolutely SUCKS

I switched to Forcht Bank from Central Bank because I moved to Grant County. Though they are very polite and try to assist me, it's been one problem after another. For example, every month I receive a check that I prefer to mobile deposit. It exceeds my maximum limit. Every month, I'm told they will increase that limit so I can use mobile deposit. Each month it fails. As another example, every time I travel internationally, I call to tell them where I'm going and to not freeze my card. Every time, my card is unusable. Once they didn't get it fixed until one week into a two week trip. Though they seem to have good intentions, the level of competence is quite low.

I've been with a few banks before. But forcht's staff actually talk to you. And listen. While other Banks just type. Print. And send you packing. It's a family atmosphere
