I always bring my boys here and my little one can be a lot. The girls here are very patient with them and do a great job. I especially want to give a shoutout to Shawna for always being so sweet and going above and beyond for my boys.

Yeah I went in for a shag haircut and I came out with a bob almost hairstyle my hair was all the same length and she messed my hair up never again you have a great one. If you're hunting for a quick cut I would suggest going to another place.

April 19th 2024 the wife and I were staying in Dry Ridge heading to Tennessee. I needed a haircut in the worst way and decided to book with Great Clips Dry Ridge. Got in super quick and Sheala was awesome!! She was very friendly and professional. She did a great job on my haircut. I'm proud to say I got a great, and first ever, haircut in Kentucky. Thank you Sheala for making the experience a great one...you rock!!!

I went to great clips today to get a haircut. I looked for Kelly that normally always cuts my hair & she wasn’t there today so I had to settle for a different lady. I specifically showed this lady a picture of how I always get my haircut done & she didn’t even remotely get my haircut like the picture showed, I told her about it & all’s she could say is “ oh I’m sorry “. There was another lady that has cut my hair bfor there at the dry ridge ky location & she is another lady that has cut my hair bfor & still didn’t cut my hair right at all. My hair looks beyond horrible looking & like I said I specifically told this lady exactly how I wanted my hair cut but totally ignored anything I had said. I will not get my haircut done by anybody else but Kelly. I think I deserve compensation for the horrible haircut & it’s beyond sad that the ladies did not listen to me or even go by the picture I showed. Now does my hair look anything like what the picture shows on top of the picture I posted, hell no.

Never go back was an 85 minute wait while checking in they had my name up on the screen and I said I was from my son Christopher and as they were switching my name to my sons name and they took it down somebody else checked in online they told me I had to wait even though I was already checked in very disappointed. The one woman yelled at my daughters when they were looking at the toys they were being loud, but they weren’t opening anything nothing was cracked. The package was barely touched. They were just looking and the lady yelled at them instead of talking to them like normal human beings. It’s probably like one of the worst services I’ve had in a long time.

Came here twice. First time was great! This time absolutely not. First the stylist claimed she couldn't cut my oldest hair because he "has lice" I assured her he didn't that unfortunately it was just some fleas. I didn't realize he has some in his hair obviously or I wouldn't have taken him so she refused. She herself thoroughly looked over my other son and gave the okay for her stylist to start on his. She gets almost all of the back of his hair cut and then she finds a flea in his hair and refuses to finish. I am still currently sitting here because my bf is getting his haircut as well. I was telling my son (who wants to keep his hair how it is) that we will go elsewhere and get it finished. I then thought I heard the same stylist say to another customer under her breath (and don't come back huh? ) with a chuckle. She's was rude when she thought she found bugs and she's been rude since. I will not be coming back. It is absolutely ridiculous and very unprofessional to start his hair and then refuse it. If I knew she wouldn't have let him get his hair finished I wouldn't have ever let them cut.Service: Kids' cuts
