This was the cleanest well stocked harbor freight store I have ever seen. Kimberly was the best kindest casher you could hope to have in your business! Thank you so much for all the help and all the hard work that goes into keeping a store this clean and organized.

BE VERY CAREFUL buying items of high dollar,
there might be a ‘re-stocking fee’ (15~20%) even if your items that you are returning are not opened.
Really don’t understand what’s the re-stocking fee is for some items? When they just have to put them back on shelf (un-opened items) similar to many other items.
As a loyal customer, recently started buying high dollar items, but I learned my lesson today.
Objectively thinking I would like to encourage to rethink or re-define ‘re-stocking fee’, so customers don’t have to feel like there’s a huge risk with their high dollar purchases.

Went there yesterday the lady that checked me out was rude. When you spend money and have been a regular customer you should be treated with courtesy and respect. Probably will go back to store in Florence where they have better customer service

Received email stating my order was ready for pickup. Once I arrived, I was denied my order, was told I had to schedule to pick it up. Was told I should have received a call to confirm pickup. No one ever called.
