My husband and I do our taces with Rebecca at the Dry Ridge KY office and to say shes awesome is the understatement of the year. Our state tax return was cut in half and in the middle of a busy tax she took the time to help us dispute it. We just heard they are sending us the rest. Rebecca should teach a master class in customer service.

Office manager Rebecca needs to have better customer service and try not to come off like customers are an inconvenience. We get it you guys are busy this time of year but do better. The only one with great customer service is the elderly lady that welcomed us in when we arrived.

My wife and I went here to file our taxes. We were informed our child born in Nov 2023 does not qualify for the child tax credit. They went ahead and processed our taxes. After getting a second opinion we were informed this is incorrect. I was given the run around when trying to speak to the office manager then when I finally sat with her she starts rambling about we should have gone to her before getting a second opinion and that her agent has only been with them for 2 years. I cant imagine all the other clients that don’t know any better and just fully trust them. Definitely not coming back to this place. And now we wait for the refund that has to go through corporate and lord knows how long that will be.

I have been 10+ years with HR block and never a problem. The fees are high and although worth it, I am not sure I will be able to afford it in the future. The cost of everything has gone up so the working class pays more for it.... my resources are limited big time. But if you can afford it, I recommend it.

It's always a great experience each time vi visit. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful and I always get the maximum refund possible. I've used turbo tax a couple times and even prepared my taxes on turbo tax this year. I was not able to file electronically so H&R Block prepared my return for me. Very pleased with the service each and everytime. Plus, everything is on file and puts me at ease. Thank you!
